How we are looking after you
To protect our customers and colleagues, we have been working really hard to put health and safety measures in place. You’ll notice a few changes and we will ask you to keep social distancing to ensure we continue to look after each other.
Our team will be hands-on to keep a clean and safe environment and to give you all the necessary instructions. Please note that each shop will have their own queueing system. Please abide by their instructions as there may be occasions when you either have to wait to enter a shop or be asked to come back later as they and their queue are full.When visiting The Water Gardens please follow our advice:
- Keep 2m apart
- Wash/sanitise your hands regularly
- Keep left
- Use card/digital payment
- In case of emergency, give priority to vulnerable people
- Are the toilets open?
The Customer Toilets are currently closed , however on request we can make the Disabled/Parent & Baby toilet facility available. Please request access by using the Customer Service Assistance station located in the lower foyer.
- Can I use the lifts?
The lifts are operating in line with social distancing rules. Currently one lift is to be used by 2x people or 1 household/group. There are 2 available lifts available.
- Do I need to wear a face mask?
Face masks are not required, as this is not a compulsory requirement from the Government.
- What entrances can I use?
You can still enter the Water Gardens in the same way using the travellator and lifts, the 6 available stairwells also provide entry /exit.
- Where are the Hand Sanitising Points?
There are Hand Sanitising Stations throughout the scheme, close to exit points such as pay stations, lifts and travellators.
- Where can I park?
There are 1200 car parking spaces at The Water Gardens, Harlow. See more info here
