This Friday, March 3rd, is Employee Appreciation Day, and at The Water Gardens, we believe it's important to celebrate our amazing team.Every day, our staff goes above and beyond to keep the centre running smoothly,and we couldn't be more grateful for their hard work and dedication. They truly feel like family here!

While much of their work happens behind the scenes, we want to shine a spotlight on them because they are the real stars of the show. And don't just take our word for it - our retailers have some wonderful things to say about them too!

Megan L. (Clarks) thanks The Water Gardens team for keeping the centre safe, clean, and friendly. Sofia G. (Robert Goddard) expresses gratitude for their constant support, while Joseph T. (Next) notes that they go above and beyond in every aspect of their work, as does Elle C. (Tessuti) gives a shoutout to the cleaning and security teams, as well as to the marketing and management staff. The Nando's team are also very appreciative of the dedication of our teams to keeping The Water Gardens a clean and safe place.

Nicky Purse, Cabinet Member and Portfolio Holder for Environment, also commended The Water Gardens Team on their hard work over the past 20 years - particularly with protecting and caring after the biodiversity of The Water Gardens ponds and the achievement of their Green Apple Award for Biodiversity.
