Our clean, spacious toilets (disabled toilets & baby change facilities) can be found on the lower level of the car park underneath ASDA. They are regularly inspected to maintain a clean and safe environment for our shoppers.

For your convenience, there are two sets of lifts available to use to access the shops via the lower car park. The lifts are located in the lower ASDA foyer and by the Matalan stairwell.

We also have conveyors in the ASDA foyer for trolleys to access the lower car park.

Pushchairs and wheelchairs are strictly not allowed on the conveyor. Please use the lifts for access.

Any lost property can be handed in to the Management Suite (located underneath ASDA) where it will be kept safely.
