In our ongoing collaboration with Harlow College’s fashion programme, we provide students with a live brief to work on. The process begins with students creating a moodboard to showcase their vision for the Visual Merchandising Pods. They then select products from our diverse range of fashion and lifestyle brands to design visual merchandising pods that align with their brief.
This year, Abi drew inspiration from the 2024 bow trend, incorporating leopard prints, wine red, and burgundy into her design.
Q: What are you studying and why did you choose this course?
A: I’m enrolled in the UAL Level 3 Fashion course at Harlow College. I chose it because I wanted to pursue a creative field.
Q: What’s your favourite aspect of the course?
A: I love that we get to experiment with a wide variety of techniques, and the friendly atmosphere among everyone involved.
Q: What are your post-college aspirations?
A: While I’m still considering my options, I’m interested in fashion marketing or visual merchandising. Ideally, I’d like to work for a fashion company or magazine, possibly in a digital design role.
We were pleased to host Abi on-site and look forward to following her future achievements.
