How to Pay
Ticket Machines
Once you’re ready to leave, you can pay for your parking via the pay stations at located in the ASDA foyer lower car park, outside ASDA on upper car park, and outside Matalan. Simply enter your registration number at the pay station and pay for your parking – all payments methods are now accepted.

Further Parking Information
Spend £5 or more in Asda or Matalan and claim a refund on your first two hours parking. ASDA or Matalan will give you a ticket which you can scan at the pay machine to deduct two hours from your parking fee.
Please note, the overnight tariff rate applies to vehicles that enter the car park after this time. If you are already in the carpark before 17.30, you will be charged the day rates.
All blue badge holders must also pay for parking,

We have 6 fast charging points which serve 12 bays on our lower car park level. These are available to use every hour of the day in our 24-hour car park. They are type 2 sockets, so make sure your car is compatible or be sure to bring an adapter. It costs 35p per KW, plus our car park charge for the stay.

If you do not pay, the parking management company could send you a penalty charge of up to £70. We do offer the option to pay for your parking online if you have forgotten to pay. You can do this by visiting www.parkonomy.com within 24 hours of your visit, however you will not be able to use any parking vouchers from ASDA or Matalan.
No. The bay numbers are no longer required, you just need your vehicle registration number.
The cameras at the car park entrance read your vehicle registration when you enter. When you are ready to leave and input your registration into the pay station the system calculates how long you have stayed and charges you accordingly.
The system has a 15 minute grace period and if you stay less than that time you do not need to pay.

Yes. If you spend over £5.00 in these shops, the staff there will give you a voucher which can be redeemed at the pay station when you are leaving. Please note, if you are paying for your parking online after your visit, you will not be able to use your concession.
